Vital Health runs a clinic with General Practice doctors in Mpartnwe Alice Springs on Saturday mornings, which can be as private or as supported as you need. You can book an appointment through Central Clinic, online through Hot Docs, or email us.
Support
Vital Collective represents the tireless work of Trans and Queer people that are part of the Mparntwe community. We work to increase inclusion and create opportunities for equitable, safe services that centre lived experience. We are a volunteer collective of community members driven for positive change. Our volunteers can support you to access healthcare, help you navigate your gender affirming journey, connect you with community, services, and information. We also organise events such as film nights and picnics, keep an eye out for our posters online and around town.
Education
Queer and Trans people have always formed networks of solidarity, community care, and advocacy. Our community faces marginalisation, criminalisation, exclusion, and abandonment, individually and collectively, at all levels of society. This results in health, employment, education, housing, and inclusion inequities. Vital Collective works towards positive change and building from the rich history of struggle and progress. We can provide highly skilled and experienced professional development training, general public workshops and information from LGBTIQAP+ people with lived experience.
